Peneloop Annabellakalooz Millersavitch......................That's what her Dad called her. She was such a great gal. We lived together in Riverside while going to college. What a group we had. Penny attended RCC Beauty School and she used to get up early and do my hair or make up before I left for Skadron College. She was half asleep but still in a great mood and eager to help.
Tony would come over and take her home on the weekends.(At least I think that's where he took her)!!
I visited her a few months ago while she was in the Hemet Hospital. Mary Carrasco and Judy Knapp were there, as well. That was the last I saw of Penny, though I had called her while she was confined in a Riverside hospital and then finally at Manor Care in Hemet. Her spirits were high the last I spoke to her and she was eager to get back on her feet so they would let her go home. I asked her if the Casino at Soboba was going broke without her contributions. She replied "Tony is filling in for me". She loved to gamble.
I will always remember Penny as the fun loving gal she was, to the very end. I am so sorry for Tony and their children.
Keep smiling Penny.........maybe you will see Rosy and Marianne up there and continue the fun we all had.
