Dear Franco: I remember well the first day I met you, beside the quad in front of the Jr. High building. Although we never met after graduation, your infectious smile and ready warmth are still present for me. I also recall how many of us guys were jealous of your ability to grow a luxuriant beard! It was only years later that some of us caught up. I also remember you teaching me how to say good-by in Italian. It took quite a few repitions for me to get the cadence and accent close to yours. I wish you peace and blessings as your journey continues.

Franco added light to HUHS from his arrival to his last days. Thank you, it was a pleasure knowing you. My best to his family and many friends.
