What a great picture of George!  Thank you for picking that one, and for the report of his community ties.  He always struck me as wry and understated, but positive and optimistic, and this picture shows it all.  We took ag shop classes together and the Idyllwild contingent--George, Hap, and Lee come to mind--more than held up their end of the fun.  Jackie, it's more than clear that you have a community, several communities, supporting you because of how you both lived and worked.  Best wishes for the future.  John Cole

Jackie, so sorry for your, your children and your grandkids loss as well as the Community.  I have great memories of you guys and the Hemet of our past.  George was a great person and to see that you guys were married for 55 yrs, speaks volumes of how good a guy he was.  Prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Jackie:  So sad to read of your loss.  George was always nice, kind of quiet, but had that Idyllwide crazyness inside.    My thoughts are with you and your family.
